The Week After Super Bowl Sunday Marks the Beginning of Real Estate Season!
Why, you may ask? There are a few different reasons for this, spring is coming, the holiday hangover has worn off, the end of school is only a few months away, but we prefer to think that there is only ONE reason: FOOTBALL is over !!From August to February any football loving family knows that Sundays are tied up by the NFL. Yes, the NFL has managed to take over an entire day of the week. This means that after Super Bowl Sunday, an entire day of the week is now freed up for wives to drag their husbands to open houses. Or husbands can finally complete the “honey-do” list that has been sitting around staring them in the face since August. Yes, from February until August it is prime real estate season! Now being a real estate agent in Denver, we know that prime real estate season happens 12 months out of the year. This is just one of the great things that comes with living in this AMAZING city. So, if you’re excited that football season is finally over and you can get your husband back on Sundays, then it’s time to start getting your home ready to sell or it’s time to contact your real estate agent to start looking at homes. If you’re depressed that football season is over, there’s no better cure for depression than spending a Sunday afternoon looking at homes with your family or making it a family project to spruce up your home in order to get top dollar when you list it this year!
